With experience from top dining destinations including Blue by Alain Ducasse and training from CAFA Wine School in Bordeaux, Bella brings deep expertise and passion to every pour.

A trailblazer among Singapore’s few female sommeliers, she won the Sommelier Award at Michelin Guide Singapore 2025 and was recently placed second at Thailand’s Best Sommelier 2024.

At JAAN, Bella curates a refined wine program that harmonises rare vintages with Chef Kirk Westaway’s modern British cuisine, always tailored to the mood, occasion, and guest.
